DORSET - EARTH, SEA & SKY at Eype Centre for the Arts from 27th April - 8th May '24

This will be a jewel of an exhibition with four local artists who are delighted to exhibit their multi disciplinary collection of art works. This extraordinary mix of talents makes a stunning display of artistic skills not to be missed.

Wendy Hermelin is a textile artist who dyes, paints and stitches new and recycled fabrics, to create land and seascapes inspired by Dorset and beyond.  Website: www.wendyhermelin.co.uk 

Stephanie Mogg is a jewellery designer creating beautiful pieces from a variety of precious metals and colourful gemstones. She incorporates different textures of a variety of finishes.  Instagram: @stephanie.mogg.designs

Caroline Lewis is a painter & fused glass artist based in south Somerset. She creates vessels and framed glass art inspired by the sea, coastal margins and wild nature. Website: www.carolinelewis.co.uk

Jenny Penney creates iconic sculpted landscapes in relief by cutting and layering card. She also draws highly detailed landscapes in ink. Everything she produces is inspired by Dorset's beautiful Coast and Countryside and its wildlife. Website: www.jennypenneyart.net

Overlooking Lyme Bay, Eype Centre for the Arts in the church commands stunning views and is the perfect way point for a day out along the Jurassic Coast.

Join us from 27th April until 8th May '24 between 10am - 4.30pm every day. There will be opportunities to meet artists each day plus demonstrations. Please see below for the days for each artist demonstration:
